1 One Night in Mexico
Smokey Chipotle Taco Kit
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup diced avocado
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup chopped coriander
1 jalapeño sliced, to garnish
1 lime, cut in wedges
1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C (fan-forced). Cut tortillas into triangles. Spread on a lined baking tray and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
2. Place the chicken in a bowl and toss with One Night in Mexico Smokey Chipotle Taco seasoning.
3. Place the tortilla chips on a tray then layer the chicken and cheese. Grill until cheese has melted.
4. Top the nachos with a drizzle of One Night in Mexico Smokey Chipotle Taco sauce and remaining fresh ingredients. Serve with lime and jalapeño for an extra kick.
